Tropical Fruit Smoothie is one of my favorite smoothie as it has loads and loads of fresh tropical fruits such as Mango, Melons, Peach, Apricot, Papaya and Cheery which provide plethora of nutrients to our body and its fruity taste blast is immensely satisfying.

It also has tender Coconut Water which has innumerable health benefits. It has high amount of Potassium which reduces hypertension. Its a great re-hydrating liquid for our body and Lauric acid in it helps prevent babies from different types of infections. It improves blood circulation and helps on sustaining PH level of our body.

Full of such super healthy ingredients and absolutely fantastic in taste, Tropical Fruit Smoothie is a must try.



2 cups Tropical fruit slices

I have used following fruits but you can choose other type of fruits, of your choice in any ratio, but make sure that they amount to total 2 cups in quantity:

1/3 cup of cleaned and peeled Watermelon slices

1/3 cup of cleaned and peeled Papaya slices

1/3 cup of  cleaned and peeled Honeydew Melon slices

1/4 cup of cleaned and peeled Mango slices

1/4 cup and cleaned and deseeded Peach slices

1/4 cup and cleaned and deseeded Apricot slices

1/4 cup and cleaned and deseeded Cherry slices

200 ml of tender Coconut water

1/2 cup of low fat Yogurt (Dahi)

2 tablespoon of Natural Honey ( You can increase or decrease its amount if you want smoothie to be more/less sweet)


1. Put all the smoothie ingredients at one place. 


2. Now put all the fruits and Honey in the Blender and blend them well to form a smooth paste.


3. Add Milk and tender Coconut Water into it and blend it again for 20 more seconds so that all things get mixed together. Remember not to over blend it after adding Milk and tender Coconut Water.


Pour prepared Mango Carrot Smoothie in a large glass and enjoy the multiple flavors of different fruits, blended into one to give a great taste. Cheers!
