Here is the step by step recipe of making Date Milkshake:
Dates (Khajoor)- 1 cup (soaked in 1/2 cup of lukewarm milk)
Milk- 4 cups
Sugar- 2 tablespoon (optional)
Ice Cream- 1/2 cup (optional)
1. Soak dates in lukewarm milk for 1 hour and later using a blender puree them.
2. Take milk in a blender and add dates puree and sugar (optional) in it.
3. Add Ice cream also.
4. Blend all the ingredients together till frothy and sugar dissolves completely. Yummy Milk and Date Shake is ready to serve. Enjoy chilled.
